Pemerintah memastikan bahwa masih terjadi penularan virus coronamasyarakat hingga saat ini, yang menyebabkan kasusCovid-19 di Indonesia terus bertambah.
Berdasarkan data yang masuk hingga Kamis (18/6/2020) pukul 12.00 WIB, ada 1.331 kasus baru Covid-19 di Indonesia dalam 24 jam terakhir.
Penambahan itu menyebabkan kini ada 42.762 kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia, sejak Presiden Joko Widodo mengumumkan kasus pertama pada 2 Maret 2020

Informasi terbaru ini disampaikan Juru Bicara Pemerintah untuk Penanganan Covid-19 Achmad Yurianto dalam konferensi pers dari Graha BNPB pada Kamis sore.
Kami mendapatkan hasil positif yang terkonfirmasi (Covid-19) sebanyak 1.331 orang, sehingga totalnya kasus positif ini menjadi 42.762 orang," ujar Yurianto
Data yang sama juga memperlihatkan bahwa ada penambahan 555 pasien Covid-19 yang sembuh.
Mereka dinyatakan sembuh setelah dua kali pemeriksaan dengan metode polymerase chain reaction (PCR) menyatakan hasil negatif virus corona
Dengan penambahan ini, total ada 16.798 pasien Covid-19 yang sudah dianggap sembuh setelah sempat terinfeksi virus corona.
Namun, masih ada kabar duka yang disampaikan Achmad Yurianto dengan adanya pasien meninggal setelah dinyatakan positif Covid-19.
Ada 63 pasien Covid-19 yang tutup usia dalam periode 17 - 18 Juni 2020.
"Sehingga totalnya ada 2.339 orang," kata Yurianto.

This latest information was delivered by Government Spokesperson for Handling Covid-19 Achmad Yurianto in a press conference from Graha BNPB on Thursday afternoon.
"We have confirmed positive results (Covid-19) of 1,331 people, bringing the total number of positive cases to 42,762," Yurianto said.
The same data also shows that there were an additional 555 recovered Covid-19 patients.
They were declared cured after two tests using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method revealed a negative corona virus result
With this addition, there are a total of 16,798 Covid-19 patients who have been considered cured after being infected with the corona virus.
However, there is still sad news delivered by Achmad Yurianto with the patient dying after being tested positive for Covid-19.
There were 63 Covid-19 patients who died in the period 17-18 June 2020.
"So there are a total of 2,339 people," Yurianto said.
