Pemerintah menyampaikan, konfirmasi positif Covid-19 di Indonesia kembali bertambah karena masih adanya penularan virus corona di masyarakat.
Informasi tersebut disampaikan Juru Bicara Pemerintah untuk Penanganan Covid-19 Achmad Yurianto dalam konferensi pers dari Graha BNPB pada Minggu (19/7/2020) sore.
Berdasarkan data pemerintah hingga Minggu (19/7/2020), pukul 12.00 WIB, diketahui ada kasus baru Covid-19 dalam 24 jam terakhir.
Penambahan itu menyebabkan saat ini total ada 86.521 orang terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19, terhitung sejak pencatatan pasien pertama pada 2 Maret 2020.
"Konfirmasi positif yang kita temukan sebanyak 1.639, sehingga totalnya menjadi 86.521," ujar Yurianto.
Pasien konfirmasi kasus positif Covid-19 tersebut ada dua kategori, yaitu simptomatis yang bergejala dan membutuhkan perawatan rumah sakit.
Kemudian, pasien asimptomatis yang tidak memiliki gejala dan tidak membutuhkan perawatan rumah sakit. Tetapi, mutlak harus melakukan isolasi secara mandiri.
Adapun kasus konfirmasi positif tersebut didapatkan setelah pemerintah melakukan pemeriksaan 20.504 spesimen dalam 24 jam terakhir.
Dengan catatan, satu orang bisa menjalani pemeriksaan spesimen lebih dari satu kali. Total spesimen yang telah diperiksa hingga kini sebanyak 1.221.518 spesimen.
Mereka dinyatakan sembuh dan tidak lagi terinfeksivirus corona setelah dua kali pemeriksaan dengan metode polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
Dengan demikian, secara akumulasi ada 45.401 pasien yang sudah dinyatakan sembuh dari Covid-19.
Akan tetapi, Achmad Yurianto juga menyampaikan kabar duka dengan adanya penambahan pasien
Ada 127 pasien Covid-19 yang tutup usia dalam periode 18-19 Juli 2020.
"Sehingga, totalnya menjadi 4.143 orang," ujar Yurianto.
Kasus Covid-19 saat ini sudah tercatat di semua provinsi, atau 34 provinsi yang ada di Indonesia dari Aceh hingga Papua.
Secara khusus, data pemerintah memperlihatkan ada 464 kabupaten/kota yang terdampak penularan viruscorona.
Pemerintah juga menyatakan bahwa ada 37.505 orang yang saat ini berstatus sebagai suspek.

The government conveyed that Covid-19's positive confirmation in Indonesia has increased again because of the corona virus transmission in the community.
The information was conveyed by Government Spokesperson for Handling Covid-19 Achmad Yurianto in a press conference from Graha BNPB on Sunday (7/19/2020) afternoon.
Based on government data until Sunday (7/19/2020), at 12.00 West Indonesia Time, there were known new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
The addition caused a total of 86,521 people to be confirmed positive for Covid-19, as of the first patient registration on March 2, 2020.
"The positive confirmations we found were 1,639, bringing the total to 86,521," Yurianto said.
Patients confirming positive cases of Covid-19 fall into two categories, symptomatic, symptomatic and requiring hospital treatment.
Then, asymptomatic patients who have no symptoms and do not need hospital treatment. However, absolute isolation must be done independently.
The positive confirmation case was obtained after the government conducted an examination of 20,504 specimens in the last 24 hours.
With notes, one person can undergo specimen examination more than once. The total specimens that have been examined up to now are 1,221,518 specimens.
