Penularan kasus virus corona yang masih terjadi di masyarakat menyebabkan kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia semakin bertambah hingga hari ini, Kamis (11/6/2020).
Berdasarkan data pemerintah hingga Kamis ini pukul 12.00 WIB, terdapat 979 kasus baru Covid-19 yang terjadi dalam 24 jam terakhir.
Hal ini menyebabkan secara akumulatif ada 35.295kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia. Jumlah itu dihitung sejak kasus pertama diumumkan Presiden Joko Widodo pada 2 Maret 2020.
Pembaruan data kasus Covid-19 ini disampaikan juru bicara pemerintah untuk penanganan virus corona Achmad Yurianto dalam konferensi pers pada Kamis sore.
"Kita mendapatkan data konfirmasi positif Covid-19 sebanyak 979. Sehingga total akumulasi positif sebanyak 35.295," ujar Yurianto.
Data yang sama juga memperlihatkan bahwa ada penambahan 507 pasien Covid-19 yang sudah dianggap sembuh.
Mereka dinyatakan sembuh setelah dua kali tes dengan metode polymerase chain reaction (PCR) memperlihatkan hasil negatif virus corona
.
Dengan demikian, ada 12.636 pasien Covid-19 yang sudah sembuh, setelah sebelumnya mereka dinyatakan positif virus corona.
Namun, ada kabar duka dengan diumumkannya ada penambahan pasien Covid-19 yang meninggal dunia.
Ada 41 pasien Covid-19 yang tutup usia dalam periode 10 - 11 Juni 2020.
Sehingga, total ada 2.000 pasien Covid-19 yang meninggal di Indonesia.

Based on government data as of this Thursday at 12.00 WIB, there were 979 new cases of Covid-19 that occurred in the last 24 hours.
This causes accumulatively there are 35,295 Covid-19 cases in Indonesia. The number is calculated since the first case was announced by President Joko Widodo on March 2, 2020.
The update on the Covid-19 case was conveyed by a government spokesman for the handling of the Achona Yurianto corona virus at a press conference on Thursday afternoon.
"We have 979 positive Covid-positive confirmation data. So that the total positive accumulation is 35,295," Yurianto said.
The same data also shows that there were an additional 507 Covid-19 patients who were considered cured.
They were declared cured after two tests using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method showed negative corona virus results
Thus, there were 12,636 Covid-19 patients who had recovered, having previously tested positive for the corona virus.
However, there are sad news with the announcement of the addition of Covid-19 patients who died.
There were 41 Covid-19 patients who died in the period 10-11 June 2020.
Thus, a total of 2,000 Covid-19 patients died in Indonesia
