Hingga Senin tanggal 15 Juni 2020, Polda Metro Jaya memastikan bahwa peraturan ganjil genap untuk kendaraan masih belum berlaku.
Peraturan ganjil genap ini sudah tidak diberlakukan sejak fase pertama Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) pada awal bulan Maret lalu. Namun hingga diberlakukannya PSBB masa transisi, sistem pembatasan kendaraan tersebut juga belum kembali dilaksanakan.
Pemberlakuan ganjil genap ini merupakan wewenang Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta. Syafrin Liputo, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta, menyebutkan bahwa pemberlakuan sistem ganjil genap ini masih menunggu kajian dan bisa diberlakukan kembali jika jalanan mengalami macet total.
“Kami akan lakukan kajian dan upaya-upaya agar masyarakat waspada terhadap pelaksanaan masa transisi. Masih banyak pembatasan untuk orang tetap berusaha di rumah, tidak melakukan kegiatan yang tidak penting,” ucapnya.

The application of this odd number is the authority of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency. Syafrin Liputo, Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Office, said that the implementation of the odd-numbered system is still awaiting review and can be re-applied if the streets experience a total traffic jam.
"We will conduct studies and efforts so that the public is aware of the implementation of the transition period. There are still many restrictions for people to keep trying at home, not doing activities that are not important, "he said.
