Juru bicara pemerintah soal penanganan Corona, Achmad Yurianto, meng-update penambahan kasus positif Corona menjadi

Lanjut lagi, Achmad Yurianto menambahkan ada total 9.443 pasien sudah sembuh dan total 1.770 pasien meninggal dunia.
Yurianto juga meng-update total jumlah Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) ada 13.592 dan ada total 49.320 Orang Dalam Pemantauan (ODP).
Pelaksana tugas (Plt) Dirjen Bina Administrasi kewilayahan Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Safrizal ZA mengatakan bahwa terdapat 102 daerah yang tidak terdapat kasus virus Corona yang sedang dipersiapkan untuk melaksanakan Pedoman Penerapan Masyarakat Produktif dan Aman Covid-19. Setiap hari, Kemendagri terus memantau penyebaran virus Corona. Walaupun nantinya suatu daerah hanya memiliki kasus yang sedikit, namun testing dan penelusuran kasus yang agresif akan tetap dilakukan agar jumlah kasus tidak terus meningkat,
Untuk memperkuat strategi komunikasi publik, pemerintah akan melakukan sosialisasi mengenai tatanan baru kepada masyarakat lewat lembaga Swadaya masyarakat, relawan, organisasi masyarakat, pemimpin adat, dan juga komunikasi berbasis internet. Selain itu, Kemendagri bekerja sama dengan Kemenkeu untuk mengadakan kompetisi dan memberi insentif kepada masyarakat yang membantu sosialisasi mengenai tatanan normal baru.
Sementara itu, Yurianto mengatakan bahwa saat ini sebagian masyarakat Indonesia sudah peduli dengan situasi pandemi yang semakin lama semakin terkendali. la berharap semua masyarakat menyadari bahwa virus ini harus bisa dikendalikan bersama-sama sembari menunggu ditemukannya vaksin oleh para ahli.
Masyarakat diharapkan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi agar tetap aman saat produktif.
