Juru Bicara Pemerintah untuk Penanganan Virus Corona, Achmad Yurianto, menyatakan bahwa kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia kembali bertambah.
Ini disebabkan masih adanya penularan virus coronayang terjadi di masyarakat hingga hari ini, Selasa (30/6/2020).
Pernyataan ini disampaikan Yurianto dalam konferensi pers dari Graha BNPB pada Selasa sore.
Berdasarkan data pemerintah yang masuk hingga Selasa pukul 12.00 WIB, ada 1.293 kasus baru Covid-19 dalam 24 jam terakhir.
Penambahan itu menyebabkan total ada 56.385kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia, sejak kasus pertama diumumkan pada 2 Maret 2020.
"Kasus baru konfirmasi Covid-19 sebanyak 1.293 orang, sehingga total menjadi 56.385 orang," ujar Yurianto.
Dalam periode yang sama, diketahui ada penambahan 1.006 pasien Covid-19 yang sudah sembuh.
Mereka dinyatakan sembuh setelah hasil pemeriksaan dengan polymerase chain reaction (PCR) memperlihatkan negatif virus corona.
Dengan demikian, secara akumulasi ada 24.806 pasien Covid-19 yang sudah dinyatakan sembuh dan tak lagi terinfeksi virus corona.
Akan tetapi, masih ada kabar buruk dengan adanya penambahan pasien Covid-19 yang meninggal dunia.
Ada 71 pasien Covid-19 yang tutup usia dalam periode 29 -30 Juni 2020.
"Sehingga totalnya ada 2.876 orang," kata Achmad Yurianto.

This statement was delivered by Yurianto in a press conference from Graha BNPB on Tuesday afternoon.
Based on government data that entered until Tuesday at 12.00 WIB, there were 1,293 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
The addition caused a total of 56,385 Covid-19 cases in Indonesia, since the first case was announced on March 2, 2020.
"Covid-19 has confirmed 1,293 new cases, bringing the total to 56,385," Yurianto said.
During the same period, an additional 1,006 Covid-19 patients were recovered.
They were declared cured after the results of examination with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) showed negative corona virus.
As such, there are 24,806 Covid-19 patients who have been cured and are no longer infected with the corona virus.
However, there is still bad news with the addition of Covid-19 patients who died.
There were 71 Covid-19 patients who died in the period 29-30 June 2020.
"So there are a total of 2,876 people," said Achmad Yurianto.
