Pemerintah menyatakan bahwa hingga saat ini penularan virus corona masih terjadi di masyarakat. Akibatnya, jumlah kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia terus bertambah.
Pernyataan ini disampaikan Juru Bicara Pemerintah untuk Penanganan Covid-19 Achmad Yurianto dalam konferensi pers dari Graha BNPB pada Senin (29/6/2020) sore.
Berdasarkan data yang masuk hingga Senin pukul 12.00 WIB, diketahui ada 1.082 kasus baru Covid-19dalam 24 jam terakhir.
Penambahan itu menyebabkan kini ada 55.092 kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia, terhitung sejak kasus pertama diumumkan Presiden Joko Widodo pada 2 Maret 2020.
Berdasarkan pemeriksaan spesimen hari ini, maka kami mendapatkan kasus konfirmasi positif 1.082 orang, sehingga total konfirmasi positif 55.092 orang" ujar Yurianto.
Berdasarkan data yang sama, diketahui bahwa saat ini ada penambahan 864 pasien Covid-19 yang sembuh.
Mereka dinyatakan sembuh setelah tes polymerase chain reaction (PCR) yang dilakukan hingga dua kali memperlihatkan hasil negatif virus corona.
Dengan demikian, total ada 23.800 pasien Covid-19 yang kini sudah dianggap sembuh setelah tak lagi terinfeksi virus corona.
Akan tetapi, masih ada kabar duka yang disampaikan Yurianto dengan masih adanya pasien yang meninggal setelah sempat terpapar Covid-19.
Ada 51 pasien Covid-19 yang tutup usia dalam sehari, untuk periode 28 - 29 Juni 2020.
"Sehingga totalnya ada 2.805 orang," kata Achmad Yurianto.

Based on the same data, it is known that there are currently an additional 864 recovered Covid-19 patients.
They were declared cured after a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test carried out up to twice showed negative corona virus results.
Thus, a total of 23,800 Covid-19 patients are now considered cured after they are no longer infected with the corona virus.
However, there is still good news delivered by Yurianto with the patient who died after being exposed to Covid-19.
There are 51 Covid-19 patients who die within a day, for the period 28-29 June 2020.
