Jumlah pembuatan Surat Izin Keluar Masuk (SIKM) DKI Jakarta sejak dibuka pada tanggal 15 hingga 31 Mei 2020 telah mencapai 39.850 permohonan dan 2.286 yang telah diverifikasi.
Walaupun telah berjalan, masih terdapat pertanyaan seputar pembuatan SIKM secara online oleh masyarakat, terutama perlukah menunjukan surat keterangan bebas corona.
Rinaldi selaku Kepala Seksi Penyuluhan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta menjelaskan bahwa pelampiran surat tersebut tidak diperlukan ketika membuat SIKM.
Meski begitu, Rinaldi menekankan pemohon SIKM untuk tetap memperhatikan peraturan otoritas terkait, misalnya otoritas bandara, stasiun dan terminal. Pemohon harus memastikan apakah nantinya surat bebas corona diperlukan ketika melakukan perjalanan.
Pengecualian surat bebas corona dalam pembuatan SIKM ini tidak berlaku bagi pemohon yang menyatakan dirinya orang dalam pemantauan (ODP) dan pasien dalam pengawasan (PDP). Mereka harus melampirkan hasil tes swab yang negatif untuk diteliti lebih lanjut.
“Kami harus memastikan pemohon tersebut bebas dari corona dalam proses verifikasi. Karena kalau PDP dan ODP, mereka tidak boleh melakukan perjalanan meskipun masuk 11 sektor yang diizinkan,” ujar Rinaldi yang mengatakan bahwa kejujuran pemohon diperlukan agar kebijakan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Even so, Rinaldi emphasized that SIKM applicants must pay attention to relevant authority regulations, for example airport, station and terminal authorities. Applicants must ascertain whether a corona-free letter is required when traveling.
The exception of corona-free letters in making this SIKM does not apply to applicants who claim to be people in monitoring (ODP) and patients under supervision (PDP). They must attach a negative swab test result for further investigation.
"We must ensure that the applicant is free from corona in the verification process. Because if the PDP and ODP, they are not allowed to travel even though it is included in 11 sectors that are permitted, "said Rinaldi who said that the honesty of the applicant was needed in order for the policy to be implemented properly.
