Peraturan ganjil genap untuk sepeda motor akan diberlakukan pada masa transisi PSBB DKI Jakarta. Peraturan ganjil genap untuk motor ini diatur berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) DKI Nomor 51 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan PSBB Transisi.
“Kendaraan bermotor pribadi berupa sepeda motor dan mobil beroperasi dengan prinsip ganjil genap pada kawasan pengendalian lalu lintas.” demikian yang tertuang dalam Pasal 17 ayat 2 poin a.
Berdasarkan peraturan tersebut, kendaraan motor dengan nomor akhiran ganjil hanya diperbolehkan beroperasi di tanggal ganjil. Sementara nomor akhiran genap hanya diperbolehkan di tanggal genap.
Meski sudah memasuki masa transisi PSBB sejak tanggal 5 Juni 2020, pemberlakuan peraturan ganjil genap untuk sepeda motor untuk sementara waktu belum dilaksanakan hingga 7 hari kedepan. Diungkapkan oleh Kepala Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta Syafrin Liputo, peraturan ini masih menunggu evaluasi PSBB transisi minggu pertama.
Koridor atau ruas jalan yang bakal dikenakan peraturan ini dan pengkajian aturan kapasitas angkutan umum di masa PSBB transisi masih menunggu hasil evaluasi.
“Hasil evaluasi itu yang kemudian akan kami laporkan kepada Pak Gubernur terkait dengan implementasi ganjil genap ke depan mau seperti apa,” ucap Syafrin.
Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo, Direktur Lalu Lintas Polda Metro Jaya juga menuturkan pihaknya masih menunggu keputusan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI dan akan melakukan penilangan terhadap pelanggar aturan ganjil genap untuk sepeda motor setelah rambu-rambu dipasang.

Even odd regulations for motorcycles will be imposed during the DKI Jakarta PSBB transition period. The even odd regulation for this motorbike is regulated based on DKI Governor Regulation (Pergub) Number 51 Year 2020 concerning the Implementation of the Transitional PSBB.
"Private motor vehicles in the form of motorbikes and cars operate on even-odd principles in traffic control areas." thus stated in Article 17 paragraph 2 point a.
Under these regulations, motor vehicles with odd suffix numbers are only allowed to operate on odd dates. While even suffix numbers are only allowed on even dates.
Although the PSBB has entered the transition period since June 5, 2020, the enactment of even odd regulations for motorcycles has not been implemented for a while until the next 7 days. As revealed by DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency Head Syafrin Liputo, this regulation is still awaiting the evaluation of the first week of the transition PSBB.
Corridors or road sections that will be subject to this regulation and review of public transport capacity regulations during the transition PSBB are still awaiting evaluation results.
"The results of the evaluation, which we will later report to the Governor, are related to the even number of odd implementations going forward," said Syafrin.
Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo, Director of Traffic at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, also said that his party was still waiting for the decision of the DKI Provincial Government and would carry out a violation of violators of even odd rules for motorbikes after the signs were installed.
