Juru bicara pemerintah soal penanganan Corona, Achmad Yurianto, meng-update penambahan kasus positif Corona menjadi

Lanjut lagi, Achmad Yurianto menambahkan ada total 6.240 pasien sudah sembuh dan total 1.496 pasien meninggal dunia.
Yurianto juga meng-update total jumlah Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) ada 13.250 dan ada total 48.749 Orang Dalam Pemantauan (ODP).
Yurianto menekankan bahwa virus Corona sudah menjadi permasalahan seluruh dunia dan bukan permasalahan yang singkat. Maka dari itu, pola hidup sehat dan bersih harus diterapkan untuk mengendalikan penyebaran virus Corona. la juga mengatakan bahwa masyarakat diharapkan dapat menerapkan norma normal yang baru agar bisa bertahan menghadapi situasi ini.
Selain itu, ia melaporkan bahwa pemerintah memastikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan virus Corona disampaikan kepada masyarakat secara transparan. Yurianto meminta agar masyarakat dapat saling bahu-membahu bersama pemerintah demi memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus Corona.
Masyarakat harus punya pemahaman bahwa pandemi ini bisa dikendalikan salah satunya dengan menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat diharapkan membiasakan diri untuk mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun di air mengalir selama 20 detik. Menggunakan masker saat keluar rumah juga dapat mengurangi kemungkinan penyebaran virus kepada orang lain maupun ke benda-benda di sekitar
